I am teaming 2 LAN cards for a domain controller VM. Should I enable the following functions?

1. Single Root I/O Virtualization

2. Virtual LAN identification for management operating system

Both the host and VM are Windows 2012.

No to both.

I/O virtualization can give you some performance gains, but requires knowledge and has administrative overhead. Since you are

VLAN support on the management interface, again, if you were setting up VLANs you'd *definitely* know and enabling this feature if you *don't* have VLANs setup will actually break comminucations. So, no.
