Virtual NIC is saying unidentified network

Teamed two network adapters (Team1) and then created a virtual NIC from Team1. Team1 won't connect to my LAN. IT says unidentified network, even if I put static network IP configuration. This is for Windows 2012 Hyper-V host and VM.

Please check the gateway IP address.

In team  advance properties, please check team option Teaming Mode, Load balancing and
Standby Adapter .
