My Android phone not syncing contacts

I have a Samsung Google Nexus phone and use it with Exchange at

Everthing works fine to sync expect for contacts from the phone to Outlook. When I make changes to a contact in Outlook it syncs fine to the contacts on the phone. But if I edit or add phone number etc.. in my phone contacts it does not sync to Outlook.

Been searching for solution and found some users reporting that both way syncing does not work for contacts but nothing only one way syncing.

Calendar and emails works fine both ways.

Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I know but your answer does not address my question. I don't want any software for manually syncing my contacts.
