LG Optimus L5II / E460

Hi,

Bit of an odd one and not really sure if anyone here will know the solution.

We're providing handsets to a care company who have an on-site exchange server. Everything worked fine with the previous handsets we used - Sony Xperia E (android 4.1.1) in terms of connecting to the exchange server.

We now cant get those phone anymore so are have found a suitable replacement for the purposes we use the LG Optimus L5II E460 however there appears to be a problem. When trying to connect to exchange accounts (on their server or any other servers) it comes up with an error 'Server unavailable'. Everything is fine, on different handsets it connects fine on any of the accounts i try, but not either of the 5 L5II handsets i have here

I've done an update and it doesnt make a difference. What else could i try?

Thanks,

Josh

Hi,

Valid SSL certificate and just standard policy - pin required etc, i havent changed anything from the normal exchange ones.

Thanks,

Josh
It has to be a problem caused by SSL cert.

What is the Authentication Methodfor IIS of your Exchange server (version?)

It was an issue with the GP for Activesync that caused the problems.
