Dell 660S (win7) Recover

Hi Experts,
 
My client bought Dell 660S  with WIN7 Home.
After he installed  some software then reboot the pc, disappear all tools bar and icons  expect  cursor (even right click mouse and    Alt Ctrl Del  key no response....

Also cannot enter safe mode with  F1   or F8  .

Reinstall Win7  also failure  for patrition  problem.

How can i recover  WIN7   for DELL 660S   ?

Before the factory restore CD’s were shipped out with the system but now  a software called Dell DataSafe Local is being shipped out.

It is a convenient way of restoring the computer back to factory settings and consumes less time.

Since you did not make the recovery disk before the system corruption, you might not be able to make one now that you cannot log on to the system.

You will need to contact Dell to send you the copy of recovery disks for your laptop, though they will charge for this.

if that fails - use the system restore option  from it
you can also try the free paragon software (boot corrector)  from the rescue kit  :
