Script To install Outlook Rule

Does anyone have a script I can use to install an exported rule in Outlook 2010? I am trying to save the many steps the users would have to go through to import a new rule I have created and exported.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately  MS Outlook doesn't have a command line switch for importing rules, so you'll have to export it on the one and import it on the other systems from the resulting .rwz file via the Outlook rules manager.

I was able to copy all of the PST into ONE folder in the mailbox and then create a rule in outlook to move ALL mail in this one folder into the Inbox getting me what I needed for upload.
