User has outlook 2003 all patchs applied.<br />

All of a sudden when she clicks on any link I get the following message:<br />

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.<br />
Please contact your system administrator.<br />

I have done the following:<br />

Tried the Repair option in Programs<br />
<br />
Deleted the *.cmd settings file<br />
<br />
Same issue...Have not attempted to recreate profile yet.<br />

How can I get outlook to open links when I click on them<br />
