Skype for Salesforce Integration


We have integrated skype with using Pamconsult software. This is working on one system and we are able to make calls but when we are trying to install the Skype for salesforce application (CTI adapter) on another user system, it is not getting installed and is giving error in the mid of installation that "Unable to execute file: C:\Program Files(x86)\Skype for Salesforce\SalesforceCTI.exe. CreateProcess failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation. Attached are the screen shots. As mentioned, it is working fine on one system but not on another.

We are following the steps as listed here 

Please help us if anyone has any clue on this, we have contacted Pamconsult also but they are very slow on response.

I don't know what the problem is with the first screen (broken link).

But the problem with the second one (requires elevation) is related to admin privileges.

We recently completed Skype - Salesforce integration in which we are facing an issue for My Calls Today and Last Call. Skype CTI adapter provided by Pamconsult was initially showing the Last Calls and My Calls today in the softphone but it is not showing now.
Please confirm what is the issue?

Need immediate help. Attached are the logs from skype for salesforce folder and screenshot of the previous working CTI adapter which showed in the softphone "Last Calls", "My Calls Today" which was working earlier. Calls and everything is working but call log option is not visible in the CTI adapter which was available earlier.
