EMS not starting

OUr Hub transport server in Exchange 2010 SP1 poops the following message when I try to start EMS on it:

The following error occured while attempting to connect to the Specified Exchange Server 'nesn-***01.***.

THe attempt to connect to http:////nesn-*****.****.org/POwerShell using 'Kerberos' authentication failed: Processing data from remote server failed with the following error message: Unable to load assembly "Microsoft.Exchange.Configuratio.ObjectModel.dll" specified in "Initialization parameters" sectio.
