I'd make
NSDictionary *Health = @{@"1":@"South",@"2":@"North"};
and so everything's simple:
int x = 1;
NSString *key = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"i", x];
NSString *value = Health[key];

Looks like your dictionary is just an error.

Sorry add symbol '%' before 'i'
        NSDictionary *Health = @{@"1":@"South",@"2":@"North"};
        int x = 1;
        NSString *key = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"%i", x];
        NSString *value = Health[key];
        NSLog(@"value %@", value);

Your first variant also may work:

NSDictionary *Health = @{@1:@"South",@2:@"North"};
int x = 1;
NSString *value = Health[@(x)];
NSLog(@"value %@", value);

It just looks a bit strange - the key is an NSString object usually
