Allow list in Exchange

I'm looking to add an address to the white list in Exchange.  Is it possible to add and address  like sales@domain.com or can I only add an IP?

If you add that email as a contact it will be considered whitelisted. just simply create a contact with that external address and hide it from your address list.

or

Set-ContentFilterConfig -BypassedSenders "sales@domain.com"

And where will that appear?  can I great it in the console?
to use the command you need to use powershell to add it. what version of exchange are you using?
Oh, I have powershell, it's 2010, I was just wondering where it would appear in the console?
