Joomla 3.x Menu question

Hi,
I'm using a template from YooThemes. Not sure if that matters in the context of this question.
I have created two articles "Photo Page 1" and "Photo Page 2".
I have created a menu item called "Photos".

What I want is when I click on (or hover)  "Photos" I see under Photos "Photo Page 1" and "Photo Page 2" as sub-menus. I have been able to make this happen.
However, I am forced to select a location for the main "Photos" menu to click to. Is there some way to make it so that clicking on "Photos" doesn't take me to a page but instead just shows me the sub-menu's under it?

Thanks,
Nacht

change the type of   menu that "photos" is by choosing the menu type  "Text separator"  (at the bottom under System types)  this will stop it being clickable.

so go to menu manager and edit the menu "Photos" - the first line will be menu type
select and choose 'text seperator'

I just tried doing what you said. It does make it un-clickable but it also doesn't allow me to see the submenus under it. Is there another step?
Thanks
