Create 2 SEPARATE networks from 1 isp/modem.

I want to create 2 separate and hidden networks (that is, hidden from each other).
I have 1 ISP/Modem. 1 24-port switch.
I want 2 Windows 7 and 1 Vista computer on one network.
And I want 7 Windows 7 Computers on the second network.
The 2 networks CANNOT be able to see each other.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the switch a managed switch?  You can create two separate VLAN's on the switch.
This can be done a multitude of ways:

You could subnet your network:

If you create multiple subnets then network 1 will not be able to talk to network 2 or

This will give you 2 subnets with 126 hosts available per subnet. - with 127 being your broadcast and - with 255 bring your broadcast.

Thanks ITGUY565. Subnetting was in the back of my mind, I'm dealing with a multitude of issues right now.
I walked into a makeshift network at a nonprofit, and am trying to fix it up, while getting rid of antiquated hardware/software and fix security issues.
