Difference between Elmah Nlog and log4new

  Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of Elmah, nlog, and log4new in MVC 4 C#. And it would be appreciated if you can provide some reference links as well

ELMAH is web apps only, and requires access to httpcontext.  It works with IIS at the HttpModule level, and logs exceptions.  As a specialized ASP.NET logger it works really well and has some nice features.

NLog and Log4Net are both general purpose logging libraries, and thus are more directly comparable to each other.  My understanding is that NLog may have an edge on Log4Net in a number of areas including performance and ease of use...  (That said, there's a bit of learning curve for each library.)
