Cannot delete Distribution Group in Exchange

I am logged in to SBS2008 as the domain admin and each time I tried to remove a distribution group either in Exchange or SBS Console or management shell i get access is denied because of insufficient rights.

I see that this group is managed by administrator and yet I cannot delete it.

Thanks in advance

Thanks and that sounds like it but I am still unclear on what role or access rights do I need to assign to myself to be able to accomplish the deletion of the DG.  I have tried the following but it doesn't seems right.

Add-ADPermission –identity "DG TO DELETE" –User Administrator –AccessRights OrganizationManagement –Properties “MEMBER NAME”

Remove-DistributionGroup -Identity "DG TO DELETE"
