Force all Toshiba network printers to print B&W by default

In a SBS2K8 domain we have 3 Toshiba LAN printers. How can I force them all to print B&W as default? via GPO?

If you configure the printer defaults on the server and then install it from the server by doing a \\servername\printername it will install and use the same default settings that you configured on the server.

Typically you can get to the printer defaults by:

1. Right clicking on the printer and selecting Printer Properties
2. Going to the Advanced tab
3. Selecting Printer Defaults in the bottom left hand corner.

You can configure a GPO to install the printer via the \\servername\printername method.
