Lync 2013 Migration

As part of migration to Lync 2013 we are doing side by side migration from lync 2010 to lync 2013. Have created a Lync 2013 Front end server along with the existing topology of one Front end and one edge server. I am moving few users to the Lync 2013 servers and testing. When the user schedules the meeting, it works from inside office but not from outside office. It just simply says error. is there any routing mechanism for the new Lync 2013 front end pool need to be created. Any help is appreciated

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have to look at External WEB Url for Lync2013 server, and make sure you publish that one externally and in certificate

Like if you have in Lync2010 and in Lync2013 you need to have both domain names present in certificate
