Take a look at the multi-mailbox search feature, it lets you search all mailboxes and then if it finds any matches copies them to a special mailbox. There are loads of features in Exchange 2010 that should let you do this pretty easily now.<br />

the suggestion of sumitgupta85 is correct, if you add the option -IsArchive, you will export only the archive mailbox
