SBS2011 Std w/Exchange<br />

Event viewer is logging event 1035 for MsiInstaller 15-20 times per second. &nbsp;As I scroll through the events they are different products, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, ...<br />

Started having to look at event viewer as internet speed drops off periodically during day from 30+mbs to 1-2mbs. &nbsp;I have a program logging internet speed every 15 minutes and can see when it happens. &nbsp;I don't find anything else specific in the event viewer.<br />

I have another pc external to the network, public facing off the same cable router and and speeds stay relatively stable at the same times when the internal monitor logs a slow internet connection.<br />

The users are complaining big time.<br />

Event 1035 logged 15 times per second all day long.  Periodic slow internet connection
