'Run as Ant build' Missing in my eclipse

I am unable to right click and run my build file by choosing 'Run as Ant' . I was able to do it in the past . Whenever I click it says run confis and that goes into running Java file options .

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

check if  "Ant development" capability is enabled in Window - Preferences - General - Capabilities - Advanced - Development, for the Builders option to appear under Project - Properties.

I'm missing something here, what is the difference between these two? Maybe a screenshot might help to explain what you are seeing, and what you expect to be able to see!
