How Do I Build An Endless Scroll Website Design Element Like The FireFox Phone Site?

I want to copy this website design on a wordpress site. How do I do it?

I want to have an image stay in the foreground as the page scrolls behind it.

Technically that's not an endless scrolling site. "Endless Scrolling" is what something like Twitter uses to load older tweets as you scroll down the page and in the WordPress ecosystem, you would use something like that to avoid paginating post archives.

What Firefox appears to be doing is using a vertical slider combined with parallax effect to give it that illusion of depth. Not sure if there is a simple/single plugin that will get you where you want to go with this but there are a ton of themes intended for photography that incorporate parallax.
