PRNFile - No Printer Window

Good afternoon - we're getting this error when printing an email from Outlook 2010. The email has a PDF attachment. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Do you have printer installed on the machine ?
When printing normal email does it print correctally ?
Any event in eventlog ?

Printer is a network printer, getting driver from server.
The error is sporadic - can happen with Word docs, PDFs, anything
Nothing in Windows logs

can you try to un-install  and install network printer again then try to print.
