What type of certificate did you have on the system before the tech struck? &nbsp; I would reboot the server just to make sure you are dealing with a stable system. &nbsp; Then if I had an SSL on the server originally, I'd reinstall it. &nbsp; If not, I'd go to GoDaddy and get one of their introductory discounted SSLs (take it out to the maximum number of years they'd sell it to me at a discount price) and install a new certificate.

I have no idea how those restrictions got there. I suspect whatever the third party tech did (I was not involved). &nbsp; I removed the restrictions and all is well.<br />
