i have been adding stored procedure and need to grant execute permission to the username i use in order to make the SP working on the web app.

where is the setting I can grant the execute permission so I do not have to grant it for each stored procedure?

Usually there will be a role for all/a subset of web users, and they will be operating under that.

GRANT EXECUTE TO {the role name}

You can give full EXECUTE permissions on all objects across all schemas in the database using the syntax given by jimhorn.

You could also limit it to "dbo." schema only (and thus not "sys." objects) by using this syntax:

GRANT EXECUTE ON SCHEMA::dbo TO <...>[, ...]
