Hello Word Experts:
I need some tips WRT getting a very high resolution of images when copying, e.g., workflows from PowerPoint in Word.
Here's the current process:
- I've designed a workflow process (slide) in PowerPoint
- I group all objects on the PPT slide
- Copy the grouped object...
- Paste special the object into Word. I select "Picture (Enhanced Metafile)".
Now, having used "Enhanced Metafile -- it appears to have the greatest resolution when printing the Word document. That is, the printout is much more "crips" vs. having used a regular copy/paste.
However, here's the odd thing... on the electronic document (PPT) all lines/connectors have a line weight of 0.75. In the Word document, however, the lines look much thicker. Even weirder, some look thin while others look thick. And, yes, I have checked... they're all the same line weights of 0.75.
My question, is there a way where I get high resolution on both a) a hardcopy and b) a PDF file? If so, what paste option will give me the highest resolution?
