word perfect word alignment problem

I have several computers with word perfect x5.  all the docs are on a server.  when opening a letterhead doc on one computer the name and address line up correctly.  when opening on a new computer the third line of the address doesn't line up the same as on the other computer and it prints out with the same misalignment.  the fonts have the same name and font size, but look slightly different on the screen.  the address font is size 7.   I reinstalled wordperfect on the new computer just to make sure.  but that didn't solve the problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Don't know if this applies to WordPerfect, but do the users/machines have the same printer installed and set as default?

I switched default printer and it didn't make any difference.  it shows up on the screen that the parts of the address don't line up.  look good on one computer, and prints fine.  looks wrong on other computer and prints wrong.  same file. same font.

It was a font issue.  it showed the font when curser was on individual letter, but when highlighting whole word it should that the font was different.  probably a bug in wp.  I installed the font from another computer and it works fine now.
