Add a new Cisco to the existing Cisco switch stack

Hi, I have a new Cisco switches 3750.
Model: WS-C3750G-48PS
SW VERSION: 12.2(58)SE2

I'd to add the above switch to an exsiting Cisco switch stack.
WS-C3750G-48PS     12.2(46)SE            C3750-IPSERVICESK9-M

It seems the new switch version is newer than the existing one, should I downgrade the new version to match the existing version?

And if answer is yes, please advise how to downgrade the version? Thanks

I would never downgrade... ever. If anything, upgrade the others. I have no more info for you, sorry!

I agree, Cisco has fixed numerous caveats in the SE2 release.
If there is reason not to upgrade the older switch then just connect the new one, they can coexist.
More on what Cisco has improved can be read here.
The only reason to downgrade the new switch would be to have a zero downtime increase in the stack size. If you add the new switch as is, you may find the stack has stability issues due to the differing version of IOS. All switches in the stack should be running the same version of IOS.
