Lync 2013 Client keeps crashing in startup

My Lync 2013 Client keeps on crashing in start up. I removed the latest windows updates , re installed the Lync client and re registered the faulty dll, didn't solved the issue.

As Lync 2013 is included in office 2013 package rather than on office 2010 where it was a separate tool, what you could do is go to control panel-programs and features-and on office do a quick repair see if it does anything, an online repair will reinstall all office programs a fresh so I wouldn't do it unless you can without a problem

Uninstalled and reinstalled it worked.
