I'm new to phpMyAdmin and really never even used a desktop database too much.  I remember being informed with MS Access that it was best not to edit the table directly but to create a form. I also understand that one can edit from the same page used to display the data.

What is the best way to edit in phpMyAdmin?  How can I adjust the display so that each record is on multiple rows so that multiple notes can be entered in full detail on each record.
