Auto CC in Exchange 2010?

A director wants to automatically CC any originating or reply e-mail he creates to his PA.
Is this possible and if so how do you do it?

Many thanks - EH

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes it is possible using a transport rule (as described here.)

1) create a contact with your e-mail account
2) open EMC -> org config -> hub -> transport rules and create a new rule
3) in conditions put sent from people and specify your account
4) in action specify blind carbon copy and select the contact you created in 1
