Migrating MS Office and other shrink-wrapped Applications to a New PC

My old PC is dying and I need to buy another.  However, I really need to migrate the applications.  Specifically, MS Office 2010 Professional Plus, Project Professional 2010, Visio Pro 2010 and several others.
Here's the problem:  I misplaced the CD's and license/Activation numbers.
I may have some of the "MSI" installation files for these on my pc but I can't decipher the cryptic names they have.

If your old PC is still running, you could try using one of the many free tools to retrieve the product key references of your installed Microsoft Office products.

I have used "Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder" previously, but I am aware of "Winkeyfinder", "Keyfinder Thing", "LicenseCrawler", & the far-from-originally-named "Product Key Finder" :)

Alternatively, Microsoft have an article related to this task:

"How to replace a lost or damaged Microsoft Office product key"

Good luck!
