An issue saving time in Microsoft Project 2010

Hello Experts,
Our project management team uses Microsoft Project 2010, which has a SharePoint back end.  We have one user that is having issues when he tries to save his time in a project time card.  Basically what is happening is it looks like his time has been saved, but when he tries to close the page a message stating that his changes have not been saved pops up.  The exact message is:

The save operation has been queued, but is taking longer than expected to process.  To check the status of the Save queue job, either visit the My Queue Jobs page or refresh the page.

I have checked the My Queue Jobs page and I do see that the job is queued, but it doesn’t process.  We’ve tried letting it sit there for over 30 minutes.  During that time, I have checked both the processor and memory usage on the server and I neither of those were taxed at all (the processor ran consistently at 30% and I never saw a spike in the memory usage).

I went through the event logs on the server and there were no errors or even warnings that would indicate a problem.

I did a Google search on the message above and the posts I found about it said it was just an informational message and I shouldn’t worry about it.  That doesn’t work because this user cannot save his time.

Have any of you ever seen this before?
Regards,
Nick

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would like to point out that it is identified as bug in Microsoft Project, where many post over the internet say its information message but when user or users started getting this message and more testing was done by other organization. it was found and indentified as bug.

just of referance i am giving a link but there are many more:
