Exchange 2010: Public Folder Replication Messages Stuck in Shadow Redundancy Queue
All of my hub transport servers in one AD site have public folder replication messages stuck in the shadow redundancy queue to another AD site. The messages are not getting discarded. I've been manually deleting the messages from the queue. I tried restarting the Microsoft Exchange Transport service one of the Hub Tranport servers with no luck. I'm trying to avoid a server reboot. Has anyone seen this before?
You can leave it, it will cleared automatically.

The problem is that the messages are sitting in there past the message expiration time. The hub transort servers are not receiving a discard notification.
