VMWare ESX 5.0 CPU Count and In use per Datacenter

Is there a way in Vcenter to get a count of how many CPUs are in use for all VMs, and how many are available, without going into each VM - even per datacenter? It seems the CPU count option in the Hosts tab under the datacenter only shows the CPU count per host, but can't seem to find anything including VMs.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Total Capacity in MHz is a better figure of capacity, and how much CPU is used, than the number of vCPUs allocated.

e.g. you could have 1 VM, with 1 vCPU which is using 500MHz, and another VM, which is using 2000MHz.

2 vCPUs does not really mean anything, because 2 x vCPU Core frequency would assume max usage, where the VM is not using 100% of the vCPU.
