So as of yesterday 10/9/13 (update Tuesday) my print server had installed updates but I have not rebooted the server. I do not see any updates that would effect my issue.
Whats happening is I have a 2008 r2 print server and I am applying printers to users using group policy to both their client computers and also to there RDP sessions using control panel\printers in group policy also with a setting of remove if no longer applied.
Whats happening is Only on my Xerox Phaser printers they are not showing up for the users. My HP, brother, and Lexmark all work fine. If from a client machine I browse out to the print server I can see the printer there and If I click on it I can install it and it works fine but if the user logs off and back in the printer is gone. I have all my printers in one policy.
My clients are windows 7 both 32 and 64 bit. Terminal servers are 2008r2
