Trying to track why this email is being sent

I have a couple of users that are receiving this Out of office  from another user when they forward a meeting invite. Now it was never forwarded to this user "D" in anyway, but someone this user is sending her OOO to a couple folks. The user "D" didn't create the meeting no was any part of it. We have seen it 2 meetings.

I used message tracking and found the logs for it, but not sure what is taking place. Any pointers where to look would be great.  Attached logs.

We run Exchange 2007

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can install a AD Auditing software to track each and every activity happening in your AD, It will give you information like when and from where this email is being sent to the users so that you keep tab on them

Probably a delegate. Could be a stale delegate setting somewhere, but a delegate is what I would suspect.

So far, I checked and she is only a delegate of 2 others, not this one user that seems to be the one that if he creates a meeting or if somone invites him to a meeting, then her OOO gets sent out.

Could be a rogue delegate entry.
Normally this appears when the target is deleted.
