How to know if business is running MS Exchange.

Is there a way or tool that will allow me to do a test and find out if an organization is using POP or MS Exchange email services?  I can go to but I don't think I can get that info there.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can simply read the message headers of an email you received from an external source which should give you a good indication of what type of email services this company is using.

To find out any greater detail might be difficult.
