Fax Contact Not Showing In GAL

I have 35 Fax Contacts that we have listed in our 2010 exchange GAL. When a user in outlook hits the "to" button and searches through the "global address list:" 1 of the fax contacts does not show. The setting seem to be the same for all contacts. Please help!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

portillosjohnAuthor Commented:
It shows in OWA and in the "contacts" section in outlook.

Then you need to focus on fax more...As there is no issue from exchange side.

if the person who cannot see it is running Outlook is cached mode - get them to download a fresh copy of the offline address book.
