I'm using VMWare P2V vCenter Converter Standalone to convert a Server 2003 R2 to the virtual environment. &nbsp;I've already converted one physical server so I know it works. &nbsp;This second server hangs at 96%. &nbsp;I've left it for 24 hours and still no movement. &nbsp;So I cancel the conversion process and try to start the new VM and get a black screen with a non-blinking cursor. &nbsp;It won't start.<br />
I need help to get this new VM working or how to get another conversion going and finish at 100%. &nbsp;ESX Host is ver 5.1
