Missing Personal Distrbution list

I have a user that created a COntact group within Outlook 2010.

when this user saved the list it would not show up in there contact list. I did a search for the list found and copuied it over to there contacts as an available contact. however when you send it to another user int he same domain.exchange enviorment they see this only a a read only object and are unable to add this to there one contacts... there are no options to save as a vfile either..

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you want to share Personal dist lists, you need to create a new folder to keep it in and permit access to that folder by others.
Keep it separate so that they don't get access to edit your other contacts.

Then the other user opens "other users folder" in outlook to access the list.
