VMware vCloud in multi sites why would I NOT use UTC time ?

I am sure that this is best practice to set vcenter to UTC TIME in all instances all over the USA

We always use UTC (GMT) for all our installations physical and virtual servers, SANs, network equipment.

when connecting from the vSphere Client to an installation, it's changed into Local Time in the PC.
