Trying to create database.  I've entered one record...which have entries in maybe 3 different tables.  Ready to enter another new record and getting the attached error. Is there enough information for anyone to give me a idea why I'm getting this error.  Thanks for your time.

On one of three tables, you have an index defined that when data is added, it creates a duplicate key for the index and you have the index as being marked unique.

You need to look at the index you have defined on each of tables and figure out where the conflict is.
