Lync 2010 missed conversations not showing up in outlook
So for some reason out lync 2010 with exchange 2007 is showing the missed conversation email in outlook for any users.
Where can I checked for this issue?

Sorry, I might not have been clear. The issue is that when a user contacts me and I'm not at my pc after a certain amount of time lync will send me an email saying that I missed a conversation. it's not doing that for all of our users.
Lync is "saving" the IM conversations to the outlook conversation folder.

Please check whether the option 'Save call logs in my email Conversation History Folder' is enabled. This feature controls if missed conversations are updated in mailbox.

Yes. It is enabled. This is effecting many users all of a sudden.

thanks, but I have nothing in the information window that shows any mapi lines.

I found the mapi line and it says status OK.

Please verify status of Exchange Web Service (EWS) as well. Lync 2010 depends on EWS for many operation while connecting to mailbox.

Please verify that the SIP Address in Lync and Email Address are same. If these are different, then Lync wont be able to connect to the mailbox thru EWS.
Also, please test AutoDiscover configuration using Test Email AutoConfiguration option in Outlook. AutoDiscover is critical because it provides EWS URLs.
