Now is greater than 24 hours of given date

Hello Experts,

I have two columns, Date & Now.  They are both formatted as General Date

Date                                               NOW
10/10/2013 4:11:00 AM      10/10/2013 4:59:33 PM
9/5/2013 5:41:00 PM                           10/10/2013 4:59:33 PM

I want to be able to query for [NOW] >24 hours from [Date].  A simple "Yes" "No" answer would suffice.

Any simple solution for an iif expression here?

Your help is greatly appreciated.  I am sure that I must be overthinking this.

Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You may wish to be accurate to the minute, and Format can be used:

Format(DateDiff("n",[Date],[Now])\1440,"Yes/No")
