Imap emails not showing as deleted - only with strike-through
G'day experts,
I have a client who has moved across to an IMAP email service from POP3. When they go to delete their emails, the email doesn't delete- it simply appears with a strike-through in the heading.
Any idea what needs to be undertaken so that the emails show as being removed when requested to be?
As a bit of helpful extra information, the client is accessing a ZIMBRA email service via Outlook. If you're unfamiliar with ZIMBRA and Outlook, a software connector is required to set ZIMBRA email up through outlook. In this (as with any) instance, I made sure that the connector was the latest.
Thanks in advance, as always!
