Cannot apply patch update root certificates for XP

I am trying to add the August 2013 Root certificate patch from Microsoft.
I have tried 2 PCs now and neither of them can get past the validation stage.
It just comes up with server time out?

Can anyone help?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is the URL that times out.
There's a known issue at the moment with Windows Genuine Advantage that MS are investigating.  You'll just need to try it again at some point and wait for it to be fixed.
