Cisco clientless SSL FTP problem

I'm trying to enable the FTP access through the bookmarks to one of our terminal servers. We already have what they call a book mark setup in the configuration set up for RDP so our employees can logon to our terminal servers through a browser. The way this is supposed to work is You add another one for FTP which I have done. Enable FTP services on the server which I have done and it should work. However when I login to the page and hit upload file and browse to a file and hit OK I get Failed to upload file. Am I missing something in either the windows server or Cisco ASA configuration side to make this work?

verify you have the ability to transfer files with a traditional ftp client ... use one that can save a protocol-level trace log that could e used to troubleshoot the problem

I thought about that but they want to use this SSL method and that might defeat the purpose of that

the trace log should show if it is a connection problem, an authentication problem or a data channel problem
