Exchange 2010 Room Mailbox Calendar Delegate Permissions

I've created a Room Mailbox to be used as a conference room calender, assigned a user Full Access permissions on the mailbox and made them a Full Delegate. The mailbox and calendar appears in that users Outlook, however they are unable to Share it.  The only option is for them to e-mail the calendar.  How can they share the calendar with others that permissions were applied to?

Open up the Calendar properties > Permissions Tab

Add the users you want to have access to it

meko72, the problem is the Shared Calendar option is greyed out.   The only option I have is to e-mail the calendar, but that does not add it to the receipients Outlook.

NRhode - i've added all my users with Editor permissions, however this does not automatically add the calendar to their Outlook

The problem is how do I share this calendar out to all the users that have the permissions, when the Share Calender option is greyed out.

So your users cannot just open shared calendar and type in the room alias and it shows up?

They can, but the delegated user that has full access wants to Share the Calendar with them, rather than each user going and adding it manually by opening the calendar from the room list.

Adding them automatically is not possible unless you grant all those users full access which would also give them the mailbox to enable the automapping feature.
