Yahoo bounces email, says No MX or A records for domain

I have a client whose website and DNS are hosted by Yahoo Small Business.  Email is hosted externally at Bluehost.  Email works fine.  One employee is now getting bouncebacks when she attempts to send an email from her personal @att.net account to one particular employee (all others work).  The bounceback says: No MX or A records for piila.com  

I'm attaching a screenshot of the DNS.

I'm probably going to have to call Yahoo directly, but any ideas?

Remember, I stated that email is working.  This problem only involves particular sender address (@att.net) that is having trouble sending to one particular address on our network.

Can we see the mxtoolbox results.. You can edit out domain names and IP's
Can we see bounce back email, also remove email address and domains and IP's

Ok what are they using for email filtering?  

Lets see one of the bouncebacks with the user details scrubbed.

Are you able to look at logs of blocked email for the domain at the hosting company?  Some type of contro panel?

Postini.  I'm getting the login info from the user now and am going to try adding the problem email sender to the whitelist.

I am experiencing the exact same problem.  Last week bluehost attempted a fix by refreshing my DNS settings, but a week later the boss is still complaining that his wife (att.net via yahoo) can't send him email.

It appears that adding the sender's address to the Postini whitelist solved the problem.  Either that, or the problem just went away on it's own. Will have them test again tomorrow.
