how to change the icon on a network shared printer

We have a number of shared network printers and their configurations are pushed down to all the workstations through kix script. I would like to change the default printer icon to something that looks like the printer and/or copier itself.

Easy way to do this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I found a link that shows how to go about it:

The icons are in DDORes.dll, and a further link tells you how to change them:

As you are using Server 2008, you will also have to push the file to the user PCs.
